Global Missions 101

Discover your role in God’s story
Jesus said: “Go into all the world and proclaim the gospel to the whole creation.”
We believe when the risen Christ gave the mission mandate to His Church to, “go into all the world," we believe He meant "all." Yet, the state of the world today as it relates to global missions would reveal that nearly 3.4 billion people are considered unreached.
We believe that Christ’s commission was not given to a select few but to every follower of Christ! This means, every Christian has a personal responsibility to The Great Commission. Yet, a recent Barna study revealed only 17% of Christians can identify The Great Commission.
We believe the first step toward making a global difference is knowing. At Global Missions 101 you will learn about the current state of the world, the challenges facing the Church today, and how you can become an active laborer in God’s harvest.
Together, we can change gospel poverty in our generation; but to do so, will require the full mobilization of Christ's Church! Regardless of the location, God is calling you to become an active participant in furthering His mission both here and around the world.

Global Missions 101 aims to enlighten minds and enliven passions for the cause of global missions. Students will understand not only God’s global plan etched from beginning to end in the Bible, but their personal, immediate, strategic, effective, and measurable part in that plan.
